ALKALINE CLEANERS
No. 2 Truck Wash "Plus"
"No. 2" has a phenomenal reputation in the Chicago area. Works on fleet washing at 20:1 with cold water & no brushing. Essential in the "Two Step" process. Contains 50% more caustic than our old "No. 2 Truck Wash." This is a heavy-duty product!
The challenge in truck washing is not dirt, it is that glued-on road film that laughs at efforts to defeat it with the average truck wash. While NO. 2 TRUCK WASH was developed to complement our Aluminum Brightener in the 2-Step Process, it has absolutely remarkable cleaning properties when used as a One Step cleaning solution on your most demanding applications. It is designed to wash 98% of over-the-road tractors at 20:1 with cold water & no brushing. (This is not salesman talk, but comes from years of doing just that!)
In our truck-washing days, we once washed a fleet of over 100 tractors in one weekend that had not been washed in over six months of steady use. We set our downstream injector at 15:1 and using nothing but our NO. 2 TRUCK WASH, we made the nastiest looking fleet we had ever seen shine beyond the customer’s most optimistic expectations. (No. Two plus is now 50% stronger!)
NO. 2 TRUCK WASH Plus can also be used at approximate ratios of 5:1 to 10:1 to catch up on months or years of third-rate wash jobs by other companies. In the conventional Two-Step application for maintenance fleet washing, NO. 2 TRUCK WASH Plus is generally used at ratios ranging from 20:1 to 32:1, depending on the job & season.
NO. 2 TRUCK WASH Plus is a product that will not let the professional down. In eight years of use on our mobile wash trucks, we have consistently been able to wash conventional tandem tractors with air deflectors in about 12 to 15 minutes with cold water & no brushing, regardless of how dirty.
NO. 2 TRUCK WASH Plus is a heavy hitter for the serious professional with one eye on the bottom line & the other on results!

Pro-White Truck Wash Powder
A very high quality blend of detergents, builders and foaming agents that also incorporates some good degreasing power.
When it came to the development of powdered detergents, we were aware that we were leaving behind the very familiar world of liquid products and about to enter into another world entirely. We had for many years simply told our customers that we only blended liquid products and avoided the realm of powders altogether.
Then one day several years ago, we were steered in the direction of a very experienced chemist who had great expertise in blending powdered detergents. It became clear to us right away that his principal motivating factor was price and economy. We conveyed to him that this was not how we operated, explaining to him that quality alone was our goal. After a lengthy conversation and an expensive lunch in a Chicago eatery, we exchanged numbers and left. The next day, three formulas popped out of my fax machine, one being marked "BEST". I threw out the first two and began studying the "best" one. This formula became our first powdered detergent, "Pro Red." (A formula close to one of the discarded formulas is today to a mainstay of two large, national manufacturers & sells for over $1 a pound.)
Over the years, our continuing dedication to product improvement led to the inevitable improvement of Pro Red to the point where we no longer felt like it was the same product. Today, it is known in the Omega Product Line as "Pro White." While we do not have the years of field experience with powders that we do with liquids, we know that we have a winner in Pro White. One of our largest users on the West Coast to whom we regularly ship truckload orders tells us that it is the best he has ever used and much cheaper than the product it replaced.
If you will check our Pricing Page, you will see that Pro White is quite a value, a fact that you will recognize even more clearly after you see not only how far it goes, but the kinds of result that it consistently produces in the wash bay.
